Who is Therapy Spaces UK?
Established by Owen and Hayley Stevens, Therapy Spaces UK is for professionals in the health and wellbeing community
who are looking for a space to work from on a completely flexible basis.
What is Therapy Spaces UK?
We offer safe, secure, comfortable therapy rooms, in Macclesfield, Cheshire, on a completely flexible basis. It is
a place to grow your practice without long term costs and liabilities.
How does it work?
Once registered you can book hours as and when you need them.
Using our online booking system, you can select, book and pay for the time you need,
You are given an access fob which is programmed for the time period(s) you book.
We have 4 different rooms to accommodate the needs of professionals across disciplines.
Room 1 - Consulting/Counselling/Coaching (see the room)
Room 2 - Spacious Room suitable for Creative Therapies (see the room)
Room 3 - Spacious Room suitable for Couples and Body Work (see the room)
Room 4 - The Art Room: our largest room with plenty of space for movement and creative art work (see the room)
Can I book for a full day, or half a day?
Therapy Spaces UK has been set up to offer flexible, no commitment, hourly booking.
We offer discounts on consecutive hours:
1 hour only = £13.00 p/h
2 consecutive hours = £12.00 p/h (total £24.00)
3+ consecutive hours = £11.00 p/h (total £33.00 for 3 hours)
If a half or full day is available in the booking system, for the day that you require you are welcome to book this on the rates above.

What is included in the rooms?
Each of our rooms offers amenities suitable for the practice taking place.
Each of our therapy rooms has quality furniture, desk space, desk chair, coffee table,
ambient lighting, air conditioning (excluding Room 3) and are double glazed.
Wifi. Use of kitchen area and secure lockers (only on day of booking).
Car parking is available for the booking period only.
How do I access the room?
The first time you use the space, you will be met by a Practice Manager.
You will be provided with an access fob for future visits which will give you access to the premises on the dates/times that you have booked.
What are the opening hours?
8am – 9.30pm Monday to Friday
9am – 6pm Sunday
Is there somewhere for my clients to wait if they arrive early?
Whilst we encourage clients to arrive as near to the appointment time as possible, this isn’t always possible.
Therefore, we have a reception area which can be used by your clients.
How do I register?
Simply click the link below, complete the form and we will contact you to arrange a tour.
To complete registration you will need to provide evidence of your qualifications, membership organisation, insurance and photo ID.

How long do I need to sign up for?
We offer total flexibility. There is no long term financial commitment,
What is the minimum booking time?
The minimum slot you can book is 1 hour.
How do I pay for my space?
via a link to Square on the booking system
Can I book multiple reservations at once?
We are working on this...
Our current booking software only allows one booking to be paid for at a time.
It is a simple process so selecting and paying for multiple bookings can be done quickly
What happens if I want to cancel my reservation?
Over 48 hours notice and the room will be cancelled and we will refund you.
Less than 48 hours notice and your fee will be credited to your account for a future booking.
Anything less than 24 hours and unfortunately, you will be charged.
What if I want to extend a reservation?
Assuming no one has booked the room after you, go online and book
Unfortunately, you cannot extend if there is a reservation after yours, but we may have other room available - please look at the booking system.
What do I do once my session has finished?
Please tidy the room, leaving it as you found it, and vacate the room by the end of your booking period.
